You May

You May Not
- ✗ Violate laws or regulations
- ✗ Reverse engineer our services
- ✗ Train competing AI models
- ✗ Resell without permission

Payment Terms
- • Billing: Monthly in arrears
- • Payment: Due within 30 days (net-30)
- • Taxes: Exclusive of VAT/sales tax (your responsibility)
- • Late Payment: 1.5% interest per month
Data & Privacy
No Training on Customer Data
Valensys does not use customer prompts, responses, or telemetry to train machine learning models or share data with third parties for training purposes. You retain all rights to your data.
Your Data Ownership
You retain all rights, title, and interest in your data. We process it solely to provide the Services.
Our Obligations
We implement TLS 1.3 encryption, RBAC, 24/7 monitoring, and follow our Privacy Policy and DPA.
Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALENSYS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims is capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
By You
Terminate anytime with 30 days' notice. Fees are non-refundable.
By Us
We may suspend/terminate for Terms violations, non-payment, or illegal activity.
After Termination
We will delete or return your data within 90 days unless retention is required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
