Our Privacy Promise
Valensys does not persistently store customer prompts or LLM responses. We process data transiently for routing and caching, then purge it according to configured TTL.
We never use your data to train machine learning models or share it with third parties for training purposes.
What We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account Information: Name, email address, company name, billing details
- Authentication Credentials: Hashed passwords, API keys
- Support Communications: Messages, attachments when you contact support
Information Collected Automatically
- Telemetry Metadata: Request IDs, timestamps, feature tags (pseudonymized)
- Performance Metrics: Latency measurements, cache hit rates
- Residency Tags: Geographic routing preferences (e.g., "EU", "US")

International Data Transfers
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK, your data may be transferred to countries outside the EEA/UK. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission as the legal mechanism for such transfers.
EU-Only Routing Available
You may configure EU-only routing to ensure LLM requests are processed exclusively within the EU.
